Sandra Bullock debuted what appears to be a new shoulder tattoo while attending the 'Practical Magic 2' premiere in London. The ink features the letters 'L' and 'B' and the number '2,' seemingly honoring her two children, son Louis and daughter Laila, as well as her late partner, Bryan Randall. Also in London, ET sits down with Bullock's on-screen aunts, Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest, as they all reunite for 'Practical Magic 2,' in theaters on Sept. 11.
