A group of Buddhist monks from Drepung Loseling Monastery in India. Their group is travelling throughout the U.S. West Coast and came to San Luis Obispo to create (and ultimately destroy) a sand mandala in a beautiful and solemn ceremony by the San Luis Obispo Creek.
