I wore this look out in San Francisco, a lot of people asked for me to do a tutorial for it, so here you go.
I don't show how to cover my brows, or everything that is on my skin because I already have a brow covering video, and because I have a whole month to do things so I can do a video about foundation on its own, etc. etc.
I cut out the bit for drawing on brows because I want to do a whole video about that and how I make sure what I draw on while in drag is even.
