saves like nothing, if you wanna be a bit faster you can get the boss to do the damage to you to get to 1 hp but its rng, the boss does like 20,40 or 100+ damage based on their attacks, the chicken does 1 damage and the robots do 3, jack has 100hp. getting jack to 1hp kills any timesave this has plus needing to slowdown the end makes it even slower but maybe in a tas this might save like 5s maybe, plus you get 0 zen on respawning making the combat sections in later levels slower unless you manage your zen perfectly by hitting enemies along your way in levels
