This video, recorded during an artist in residency at St Cecilia's Hall in November 2024, features MIMEd 1598, a guitar made by Manuel Ramírez in 1914.
Ramírez, one of the most well-known Spanish guitar makers of his time, is known for his flamenco and classical guitars and he made instruments for notable musicians, like Andrés Segovia, in his lifetime.
