My first impression when I put the new Galaxy Flip 4 alongside last year’s Flip 3 was “okay, when’re you gonna show me the new ones?” But when you’re Samsung, whose folding phones constitute nearly 88% of the worldwide foldable market well … maybe the thinking goes, you don’t need to change all that much.
