Samsung Electronics has announced its Evolution Kit at the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The kit enables Samsung 2012 Smart TVs to evolve into Samsung's new 2013 Smart TVs by simply attaching the kit device into the back of any already existing Samsung Smart TV unit.
The kit allows for hardware enhancements, such as CPU, memory and GPU up to the level of the company's latest Smart TV, which will allow users to enjoy faster speeds for browsing the Internet as well as allow them to further their multitask experience between app and TV functions. In addition, Samsung's Smart Interaction features such as voice control and motion control will be enhanced.
