I got about an hour with every new Samsung device this year. The Fold8, the Fold8 Ultra, the Flip8, the Watch Ultra2, and the Watch9. Not enough time to review them, but enough to tell you if Samsung actually stepped up.

The biggest surprise? The least powerful Fold is the one I actually want.
