Sample-O-Tron is a VSTi I made forever ago. It came up that there are not many free + easy to use sample players out there. This is true. This is only 32 Bit Windows VST 2 so won't work everywhere but it will work in Reaper where the Q came up. If this seems like a solution for you follow the link below to my KoFi.
