I chose the 5 tala bus instead of paying 100 tala for a taxi to catch the ferry from Savai'i. The cheaper option took much longer than expected, and I ended up missing my intended ferry.

Thankfully, I didn't have anything scheduled that day, so I simply caught the next ferry. It was a good reminder that when you're travelling, it's always a trade-off between saving money and saving time.
