In today's video, the initial plan was to talk about Francesco's book Decision-making for Software Development Teams. However, it was quite a challenge to summarize everything in less than 10 minutes... I decided instead to focus on Chapter 1, describing 4 common anti-patterns when it comes to making decisions, in this case, about software.

The cool thing is that this isn't just for tech leads or managers, as actually everyone is (should) be involved in the decision-making process. You better be prepared if you want to make a positive impact in your daily job!
