In Part 3 we can see the dramatic overtake shifting from the inauguration to the memories of the bridge baby. We can see in the end that Sam Bridges was the very first decommissioned BB in Bridges. Raised by adoptive Mother & Sister (The sister is an EE though...?).
This game is metaphor heavy as with all Kojima Games. MGS series took me quite a while to understand.
