Makes 11-12
125g soft unsalted butter
100g granulated white sugar
75g soft light brown sugar
1 large egg
300g plain flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1tsp vanilla extract
12 tsp peanut butter
300g chocolate (I used 150g dark 150g salted caramel milk chocolate chips)
pinch of rock salt to finish each cookie
splash of milk if needed to bring the dough together

Bake for 12-14 minutes at 170°c fan. They might need turning half way through for an even bake.
