Salted Caramel Banana Nut Bread
• Ingredients:
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 or 3 depending on size)
• 1/3 cup melted butter.
• 2 eggs beaten.
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
• 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce.

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350*
2. Whisk all the dry ingredients first.
3. Stir in the eggs, butter, milk add the bananas last and mix together don't overmix.
4. Pour half of the batter into a loaf pan, and drizzle with caramel sauce sprinkle half the nuts over the caramel. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
5. Sprinkle Turbinado sugar over the top and the last of the pecans.
6. Bake in a 350* oven for about 55-60 minutes.
7. Let cool in pan for about 15 minutes.
8. Remove from pan and let finish cooling on a cookie rack.
