WYOMINGWOODTURNER | Salt and Pepper Cellars with a Swinging Lid (new design) Woodturning with Sam Angelo @WYOMINGWOODTURNER | Uploaded May 2022 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
Sam turns a salt and pepper cellar set with swinging lids. This is a gift for his son and daughter-in-law. The video is a step-by-step process for turning a cellar that could be used for any spices. The location of the pivot point and 1/2 rare earth magnet may be a totally new approach for the swinging lid's design. Video details include gluing up the base, shaping the lid and turning the bottom of the piece.
