Salsa Verde - I love this simple, classic salsa.

Let me show you how I made it.

Peel and wash your Tomatillo’s. Add avocado oil to a cast iron skillet and add

Serrano’s
Onion
Garlic (have way through roasting)
(Chile de Arbol for a nice kick, I omitted this time.)

Roast them then add to a blender along with 2tbsp of water.

Seasonings
Salt
Black pepper
Adobo Seasoning the Hot flavor

Blend it, taste it for seasonings, serve it up and enjoy!
