Today I am sharing this delicious salmon, prawn and dill fish cake recipe.. we LOVE fish cakes in our house and I like to have a play around with fillings.. fish cakes are great for batch cooking and then freezing for later :) I hope you enjoy this recipe and thank you as always for watching 🥰

INGREDIENTS (makes 8 fishcakes):
2 salmon fillets
200g cooked prawns
50g dill
5 large potatoes
Salt & pepper
2 eggs (for coating)
Breadcrumbs
