Modifying money there is easy, just search for a double value as seen at the start of this video.
Opening the last ally (Sakura) can take half a year without cheating and fastest way to do it is to change time/date on your PC to +1 week, launch the game, get some passive money, and repeat it for many many times (can still take several days). But you can just use Cheat Engine or some other way to change money directly. There is absolutely no reward, nothing changes in the end after opening allies. This game is infinite and primitive.
