Greetings, peeps!
I hope everyone was able to have a Very Merry Christmas with their beloved familiars! Life has been quite the uncharted flight this year....then again, every year after 2020 has been a precarious structure composed of inessential turbulence! In consideration of the various hindrances we've all faced throughout the past couple of months, I pray there were also numerous occasions of unfathomed elation that allowed each and every one of us to keep our perspectives of optimism afloat of despair. I'm rooting for you guys all the way into 2024!
I found myself experimenting within the practices of Voice Directing back in 2021 and it's a contrasting domain from my usual workload! While I thoroughly cherish being in front of a microphone, I also immensely enjoy listening to other individuals provide their own vocal interpretations to the booth! Both Jacqueline (my niece) and Daniela had minimal familiarity with the process of recording for Voice Over productions during the time of this particular dubbing, but [I truly believe] this benign unfamiliarity worked in their favors when it came to capturing their authentic reactions to the characters on-screen!
