In this third (and hopefully final 😅) part of my Sai vs Katana series, I decided to test one of the most common suggestions from the comments:
"Just use an X-block with the Sai."
So that's exactly what I did.
This video isn't about demonstrations or choreography. It's about testing ideas.
I like Sai but against a longer cutting weapon like a katana, some interesting problems start to appear.
As always:
No claims of being a master.
No secret techniques.
Just testing, sparring and sharing the results.
