Sahar Vardi is a Jewish-Israeli anti-militarist activist living in Jerusalem. In 2008 she began the first of 3 prison sentences after conscientiously objecting the required military service.

Sahar has served with the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions, the Friends Service Committee (aka Quakers), and the Sheikh Jarrah Solidarity movement.

Sahar is featured in the Nobel Women's Initiative, and most recently helped found Hamushim, a project challenging Israel's military industry and arms trade.
