Safelite replaced a cracked windshield on my Mini Cooper. It was raining when they were done so I got in the car and drove home. The next day I found the work they did was substandard and, in fact, damaging to the car.
I contacted them via their website and go no response, so I have made this video to document their work.
The front window rubber molding/seals were nearly totally removed from the grooves in which they should be installed. There was debris all over the dash I had to clean up. They unattached the headliner (material that covers the inside roof) r all the way across the windshield where the inside, roof of the car meets the windshield. I was able to push it back up and the adhesive mostly stuck it back, but it is wrinkled and stained. They scraped the VIN number off and it is now unreadable through the window. Clips securing the trim around the windshield were broken or not reattached, and trim pieces on the left/right sides were not installed properly. And I paid them to do this to the car.
