Safe Zone Deadman Mode Rules:
Can only play in safe zones, cannot travel through non safe areas to get to other safe zones. Must teleport.
**Exceptions:
-Training agility in a safe city
-Buying a skill cape
-Allowed in house
-Rellekka is allowed because it is a few steps from teleport
-Anything a few steps outside of a safe zone that are about as safe as possible (this adds more content for me which means more content for videos)

I have cleaned my entire bank and sold everything. The only ways I am allowed to make money are from pvm. No skilling, no other money making methods. I can do clues when they are dropped. I will be bossing, killing random monsters, doing minigames that require killing monsters to get items I need. The end goal is to make 100m from scratch and then use it to get 99 prayer.
