Safe Indoor Fire Pit in Case the Lights Go Out

Build a small indoor safe fire-pit just in case you're stuck in your place when the electricity goes out because of snow or ice or ANYTHING. There are larger, more serious fires you could build but this one is simple. When it gets down to survival for long periods of time, a bigger, hotter fire may be needed :)

Materials Needed:
1 Large Bowl
1 Small Bowl
Rubbing Alcohol
1 Safety Lighter
1 Damp Towel
Water
