Burton Safes are proud to have designed, developed and installed a fully integrated Safe Deposit Centre for our client in Coventry, providing their clients with the ultimate customer experience for storing cash, gold, silver, jewellery, important documents such as deeds or wills and other precious and irreplaceable possessions.
We supplied and installed the vault room, vault door, safe deposit boxes, access grill gates, security window grilles, high security access controlled entrance door, built the air lock with 2 high security access controlled doors, ballistic security window counters, private viewing room, security fire exits, control systems, interlock and access control systems and all associated security systems.
The standards below can be found in our Sure Defence ranges:
EN1143 - All strongrooms are tested and certified to EN1143-1 Grades 1 to 13 and are supplied with certified lock that reflects the grade of the solution.
Grades 6 - 13 have been tested and certified to EX, providing additional protection against explosives.
Grades 8 - 13 have been tested and certified to CD, providing special protection against core drills.
Insurance approved by the AiS and built to a Police Preferred Specification - Secured by Design.
LPS1175 - This is an independent standard published by BRE. It can be applied to products used to form all layers of physical security, including the perimeter (e.g. fences and gates), building fabric (e.g. doors, windows, shutters and walling), enclosures and cabinets. Issue 8 defines eight levels of threat (A to H) and six levels of delay (1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes).
EN1627 - This is a European burglary attack test standard for security doors. There are 6 security levels from RC1 - RC6
EN1063 - This is a bullet resistance test for glass. There are 7 levels from BR1 - BR7
EN1522 - This is a bullet resistance test for doors and systems. There are 7 levels from FB1 - FB7. All parts of the door are
tested, including door furniture, frames and joints.
