This is a sad story involving a Subaru and an unfortunate set of circumstances. I got into vehicle repair because I enjoyed helping people. Helping folks in their time of need so to speak. I have to believe most techs share my sentiments however when does helping cross the line and become hosing? Corporate policy can shape the way certain businesses operate but when does the line get blurred and greed impact ones ethical conduct? Ill let you decide. As for me, I sleep well at night.
