so i've been going through a really really hard time these past few weeks, i'm much better now and part of it is because of this video. making this really helped me, to focus in something else when i was feeling too anxious and to actually being able to put into words (this video, the lyrics and everything) what i've been feeling was really helpful.
this song explains really well one of the things i feel when i'm going through a depressive episode, which is feeling like you're disappointing everyone. when i'm depressed i feel completely disconnected from everything and everyone around me and i can't find the will to talk to anyone so i just isolate myself and don't respond to texts or anything which leads me to believe that I'm just disappointing everyone and that I'm being a shitty person. so that's why this song really speaks to me, i found it to be really relatable to that part of my depression.


i want to dedicate this video to @VEKProduction because i know she's going through some really hard time right now and when I'm feeling like this her videos always make me feel understood and less alone. i hope you feel better soon love, stay strong and safe ❤️.

but also to everyone who is dealing with depression and anxiety, you're not alone, you're not a bad person, you're not disappointing anyone. just take your time and heal, you can do this.

i hope i can make someone feel a little bit less alone with this video.
