๐ Face Symmetry Workshop (Recording): parmitakatkar.com/the-face-symmetry-reset-workshop
โน๏ธ โ ๐Just one droopy lip corner can change your entire expression.
Most people donโt realize this is a face symmetry issue, not aging.Uneven habits, muscle tension, and dominant facial patterns can cause one side of the mouth to pull down more than the other over time.
The good news?๐ Facial symmetry is trainable.
In this video, Iโm sharing one of the precise face yoga techniques I use to release tension around the lip corner and help rebalance the muscles naturally โ without Botox, fillers, or invasive procedures.
This technique is part of what I teach inside my Face Symmetry Workshop, where we work on:
* Lip corner asymmetry
* Uneven smiles and expressions
* One side of the face aging faster than the other
* Habit-driven facial imbalance
If you missed the live workshop, the recording is available at the link above.
Question for you:Which side of your mouth feels more dominant โ left or right?
