With the Mists of Pandaria Remix being announced recently, I thought it'd be neat to revisit some of my favorite themes from this expansion. To this day, it surprises me how emotional this music is. I love it.
It also surprises me how prevalent the cello is in a lot of these themes, so for this video, I wanted to mainly focus on the themes using cello, and also any other emotional themes I like.
And because I thought it would be fun, I included some non-WoW music at the end of the video since I felt they fit the theme really well. They're songs composed by Neal Acree for other video games that have a similar style as his MoP songs, being a combination of orchestra and traditional Chinese instruments. Although, for "Dragons (Mix)", it might be Japanese instruments?
I also really wanted to include Neal Acree's music from Revelation here, but unfortunately the copyright detection was a bit overbearing (this video would have been blocked if I used that music). So yeah, that sucks. I really love those themes, too, and they would have fit in here seamlessly.

The cello and vocals are just so beautiful.
"Jade Maple Villa" and "Destiny" are some other Revelation themes that also use cello, and I love them.
