Today's video is all about recovering from BURNOUT. We all go through this, whether it's spiritually, magically, creatively, in relationships etc.
I recently recovered from a pretty intense burnout and I wanted to share a few steps that I learnt along the way.

★ 5 STEPS FOR BURNOUT RECOVERY ★
1. Take your foot off the petal!
Stop doing the things that are causing you stress and that give you a feeling of burnout. Strip your "to do's" down to the bare minimum.
2. Release the guilt!
When we stop doing things, or don't do things often we feel guilty. For your recovery it's important you let go of that guilt. It keeps you stuck and weighed down. Give yourself permission to just BE.
3. When you're ready add in activities and things that feed your SOUL!
Do little enjoyable things that are just for you. Do the things that feel yummy for you in the moment - no pressure.
4. Ask yourself these questions: What do I WANT? How much do I have to give?
It's good to redefine your desires at this time. Get rid of "should's", what is it you REALLY want? AND how much can you give to those things right now?
5. Make foundational changes.
Look at the basic building blocks of your life. Is there little things you can improve like the food you eat, how much sleep you're allowing yourself, your water intake and how much time you give to the things you really love.
