J and K streets are the city's former main shopping, dining, and entertainment streets ,today is unrecognizable now with 90% of the shops closed in the last five years downtown Sacramento is a shell of its former self. The only places that remain open are bail bonds loans and a couple of fast food places ,in this video I am walking downtown Sacramento from the capitol building to J and K streets, the main city streets in downtown. I was here almost 2 years ago and I have to warn you things got a lot worse.
