Sacramento is one step closer to replacing a vacant space in north Natomas that once held the old ARCO Arena. This week, the Sacramento City Council voted to begin the process of developing a financial district there, which allows a portion of the money generated by this large scale Innovation Park project to be used to reimburse developers without impacting the city's general fund.
