Quick demo to test Fabriano Artistico 300lb Cold Press. This paper was different compared to the Arches that I always use. The paper allowed the color to be carried to the outer perimeter of each new wet area. Thus giving each stroke a subtle darker outline. Also color lifts out rather easily. For me this creates a drawback with a layering problem. I had to be extra careful not too lift previous layers even thought they were completely dry. I used a hair dryer and was able to lift previous layers rather easily. For me color lifts easier than Arches. I will further test this paper to see what I can do with it. The 300lb is nice to work with.
