Bees pollinate 75% of the world's fruit and vegetables, and Beewise founder Saar Safra says we are losing them at a rate the food supply can't absorb.

The numbers are stark: roughly 45% of all bee colonies collapse every single year, and the planet has about a third of the bee stock it had 50 years ago. Without pollination, feeding 8 billion people simply doesn't work.
