The Coalition for the Protection of Racehorses with Animal Liberation SA were conducting a peaceful protest at Morphettville Racetrack against jumps racing when a member of the SA Police decided he would take matters into his own hands.
Was he under instruction from the SAJC? Who knows.
What we did see was a peaceful demonstration turn ugly with what looked like a deliberate attempt by tramways inspectors, security company and police colluding to disrupt and disperse the lawful protest.
