This portion of the Hot Springs Trail entered into the Jarbidge Wilderness through Humboldt National Forest northwest of Wells, NV. Kristiana, Jada, and I were all relieved to find a perennial flow of water shortly after our hike began. Trailhead access required the type of rough and remote jeep road that may become impassable for less robust vehicles or due to weather or road conditions. Know the limits of both your vehicle and your ability before taking a risk so far off the grid.
