Rob Higgins has spent his whole life being a part of Bull's country. From being born down the street at St. Josephs, to spending his formidable years all over the USF campus at sporting events and in locker rooms, to coming full circle as USF’s CEO of Athletics, Rob truly bleeds green and gold.

Rob doesn’t just have the unique position of CEO of Athletics, he is also in a unique position in USF’s history. The University of South Florida has committed to investing in their future and their sports programs, starting with football. Soon they will be closing a successful chapter of playing at Raymond James Stadium and will be moving to their new on-campus stadium in 2027. Listen in as Rob and Owen talk about the incredible impact the new stadium will have for USF, the future of NIL, and Rob’s success mentality that allows him to usher the Bulls into the future.
