Season 2 Finale of the Escape Dr. Reflex Series.
It has been a blast escaping the doctor in the new 5 updates since the end of Season 1. 0.10-0.14 added a lot of new things including two new floors, and three new level types. There also were two new items: Invisibility Elixir, and Super Stretchy Glove that made new unique types of escapes. It also added one of the best additions--Johnny's shop now has a restock button for 250 YTPS! But we can't forget the new Students which also introduced the Lost Items, where I came up with even more escape ideas such as the Autistic Dr. Reflex Escape where I escape with only the Lost Plushie. There was also the types of keys to unlock faculty rooms to either get good loot or just downright trash--sometimes I lit get two grappling hooks from one of these rooms when I'm just looking for Dr. Reflex seeds he spawned in and when it comes to the actual escape itself, all I get is pure worthless garbage.
Then we come to the bad: 0.11 also introduced the stupid Lab Faculty Doors in the Schoolhouse Layout, like why the hell do we need them there? The bully basically fills that role but no we need a way worse version of them. The powered classrooms and gas valves are not an issue for me as the latter is useful and the first one is a lil tedious. But it wasn't until 0.12 that decided to add the new educational mini games. Now we got balloon miscounting buster, and my personal favorite for my autistic self, except when I'm under stress, matching. Yes, I find the new matching mini game to be a lot of fun. I could do it all day and the points from it are worth replaying them--perfect for farming these escapes.
Now when 0.13 came around, I finally felt like the game was going back in the right place after downright horrible updates. The new stickers helped make this game fun again and less fricking tedious. 0.13 is definitely my favorite update of 2025.
0.14 was mostly a bug fixing/change update that made the principal better and funnier. Now he looks like he's about to punch you if you break any of the school rules--though this was pretty controversial to others. We also get to see his glorious bowtie finally after 8 years. But it wasn't until Version 0.14.1 that made me re-enjoy the game again with the new Crane Room that replaced the Factory's lame Conveyor Belt Room. Bro, this reminds me of the time I caught my Dr. Reflex Plush in my SpongeBob Claw Machine! I'm so glad Mystman12 added this and 0.14.1 might be my favorite update of the year unless 0.14.2/0.15 and up will add way better things than this absolute fun change.
It has been fun escaping him another 100 times this season and I'm looking forward to the future of the Dr. Reflex Escape Series. Even if Season 3 doesn't happen, I'll probably still continue escaping him on live streams or in accidental escapes.
