Once I saw TFA I knew I just HAD to make a Star Wars vid; then when you told me you were now a big fan, of Luke especially, I knew I MUST make the SW vid for YOU! I hope ya enjoy it; I tried to make sure there was plenty of him, ahe. Its my first video in the new year too!! *Yay!*
I'm sorry its late! (Though I'm pretty sure you're going to say: "Oh its fine!") I had no idea what to make for you this..er last year. Once I heard this song though I knew exactly what to do but that was still after your b-day so I apologize. You've been such dear friend to me, from fanning over fandoms, to college, to just anything really. I'm so thankful our paths crossed back in 2012 and am overjoyed we've been able to share such a friendship till now. Thank you for your wonderful artwork and vids, and web novel too you've blessed us with! I LOVE seeing your work and hope you find a career that suits you and pleases God in due time.

As you can see I played favorites with Luke and Rey! (My personal favs as well!) Doesn't she kinda remind you of Luke in ways? Her secretive past. Will for good. How STRONG she is with the Force. Even how she talks to BB-8, ha! I've becoming increasingly obsessed with Rey and her character since I saw the movie, and soaking up rumors shrouded around her mysterious past and parentage they just lets us get a glimpse at. It be so cool if she turned out to be Luke's daughter, but after reading some theory on her being maybe Han and Leia's...lets just say it would make things pretty interesting. So IDK, I just love her! She took on Kylo Ren not once, not twice, but THREE freakin times on her own! *chilled*
I tried to highlight many of the other "heroes" of Star Wars though, other favorites like Han Solo, Leia, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Chewy, and Padme. (I'm especially fond of her or Natalie Portman for personal reasons as well) and of course the new comers like, Fin and Poe.
Boy and I'm so glad I got it done today; it seemed appropriate since TFA became the HIGHEST GROSSING MOVIE EVER IN THE US!! ($760+ million) Topping Avatars record in only 20 days!! (Nothing against Avatar btw, I'm probably the only person on the planet thats never seen it so I can't judge.) I am just so happy since its a movie I love....and only seen once. Whaaa!! I'm still scheming to see it again, lol! (;
Anywho, nothing more to say. The vid probably doesn't have some of my best layering, but it was my first time with Star Wars and finding the clips....which seemed to keep running out during that fast sequence. I wasnt going to use that crappy cam quality of TFA but I wanted more Rey sooo bad....the dark side was too tempting.

✎ FINALLY, its ready!! Ive been so excited to make this one for yall. I literally started it the night the song was released; I mean its Idina Menzel, it was begging to be edited with Elsa. 😃
Man can she BELT! I was afraid that I would run out of clips of Elsa singing those long, high notes.....how could I ever have doubted? The hardest part was choosing the most fitting ones. I get chills every time I hear it, ahehe.
Believe it or not, I actually havent seen the movie, Disenchanted. I did manage to watch the first one, Enchanted, for the first time and really enjoyed it. (Reminds me of Elf, but Disney, lol) Now that Ive finished one of the vids I can actually watch the movie its from.
I also took a poll a couple weeks ago and asked whether you liked the End Credits version, the Movie version, or both. (I knew better then to make both an option). Clearly both won, but the Movie version was next. However, I had a major head-start editing this one since it came out first so I hope you dont mind I finished it instead. *sorry*
In order to differentiate them since I dont normally do two vids with one song, I planned to make the movie version more raw, and this one a lyric vid with text......I tried yall, I really did. Text is just not my forte, but itll do. The sparkles were fun though; I hope you like them! I should have had this vid up last week but I kept having technical difficulties all week rendering this baby between Vegas and AE 😵
Not to mention the work week. Whew, its been a crazy past couple of weeks with other potentially life altering news I cant share yet. But PLEASE, Im asking you, to say a prayer for me if you can this week. I really need it, please. Thank you! 🤞🙏

I dont even know what to call it.
Sorry Ive been silent and delayed. We hit a milestone last month, 25k Subs guys!!!!!! I grew 5K in like two months thats insane!!! Seriously, Thank YOU all so much!!! 💖 I wish I had a more spectacular celebrator vid for the occasion. I have soooo many ideas in the works, especially with the live action, but soo little time these days.
This vid was finished like two weeks ago when you voted on it and yall motivated me to power through the last edits, but Ive just been busy working 2 jobs and burned out on the weekends to do the final steps of uploading.
Originally I saw a Star Wars vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tv3adwh-Noo&list=PLjOZ4MeF9QhzAhlc7ZuThr1Yh8fVhh5VZ&index=65 by @AlexaLexie with this song (which is so cool you must watch btw!), and I thought it be neat to do a similar HTTYD vid with the you theme. But of course it got complicated and delayed and turned into my little experimental vid to learn audio/fx over the years. I think the ending sums up my feelings of what this vid is, lol.
Some of you may remember I teased this vid two years ago with several vids announcing my IRL Disney journey. I think it was the second most favorite to finish behind Youll be In My Heart. Finally after 2 years Ive completed both of these.

Goodness, its taken me about the length of time I was there in Scotland to make this here video about it! I suppose its appropriate to upload on my 5 Year Anniversary on YouTube, eh?! =D
I promised you though Id showcase the pics and vids I took while in Scotland! Ya might have to pause the screen a few times to see some of them but I was trying to follow the music. (Isnt it lovely? I had it picked out months ago, lol!) I took about 2,000 photos but out of them I found only 800+ to be worthy. I have a few photos of my group and friends they kindly shared as well. Digital cookies to anyone who can find me in the group shots too, muhahaha!! ;)
So, I was thinking I might, *repeat* MIGHT, try doing a Q/A Commentary (Ya know with my real, shy voice) answering questions you guys post about Scotland/my trip, editing, or about me. (Whatever ya want, ask away!) I wanted to talk about my trip in this video but I was afraid Id freeze up again; doing a Q/A I thought MIGHT keep me going. But it depends on the amount of questions and how I do so Im not promising anything yet! Lets see how it goes...Im trying to be brave. I keep telling myself now: If I can go to Scotland, I CAN DO THIS! Its like my new motto, LOL!
This will be why I want to do a commentary because theres SO MUCH to tell you about what Scotland was like I cant possibly fit in this limited space! Ive already written numbers of pages in Word but Ill have to summarize what matters most:
This trip was a 1st of many 1st for me: 1st time flying. 1st time being out of the country. 1st time being on my own. 1st mocha & REAL scone I ever ate. 1st time attending a Skipinnish and being asked to dance by a Scotsman with that wonderful accent! o_o (Oh why did I have to be too shy to say YES!)
I was removed way out of my comfort-zone as far away as possible! Yep, you can believe I was quite homesick and jet-lagged in the beginning, but it slowly passed. We stayed in Oban, Glasgow, and Edinburgh about a week each and went on excursions to: McCraigs Tower, Loch Lomond (aka, Nessie!) Stirling where we climbed the Wallace Monument and toured Stirling Castle, the ruins of Douglass Castle, St. Andrews, Glamis Castle (aka Macbeth!) and saw some Highland Games, Linlithgow Palace & Blackness Castle, Arthurs Seat, and 7 of us went on a special all day excursion up the west coast/Inner Hebrides (aka Dragon land where Cowell was inspired to write HTTYD!) and explore the Isle of Mull, Iona, and Fingals Cave! The latter two excursions were by far my favorites! But I ♥ it ALL and did countless things in-between! (Did you Harry Potter and Sherlock Holmes fans catch some of those pics in Edinburgh? ;)
It was amazing seeing how different yet also similar Scotland and the Scots are to my home near East TN, particularly some of the landscape. In ways it made me appreciate it more and made me realize a lot of what I take for granted - like MY LIFE HERE! My bed, my parents/pets, home-cooked meals, cars driving on the right side of the road, the sun NOT setting till 11:00 pm+ every night, ICE, air conditioner, wifi...TO name a few! I saw what really matters most in life just by walking outside with some friends snapping memories with my camera, or how giving kindness by buying a cup of tea for someone lasts forever, simply how God just works in EVERYTHING! Hey, and guess what? a hardcore dragon fan like us was in my class! Oh we hit it off and are FFL now, but, WHAT ARE THE ODDS? There were only 27 of us out of all of TN. That was Gods planning, in the grand design!
I learned some valuable life-lessons about myself however too. I thought by taking this trip it would somehow change me; that I would come back socially a new person that people would like and be proud of. I would not say it changed me per-se, but rather - if anything, it changed my perspective. Ultimately, it forced me to realize and accept who I really am, along with, who I am not. And Ill never be a totally self-reliant, social butterfly with no fear; Im just a shy, naive little hick with good grades and big dreams. And hey, glass half-full, theres no end to learning and seeing what one can do! This journey that shook my confidence - in the best ways, mostly; these people I was stuck with for 3 weeks who turned into family, it was all a God-thing Im blessed and grateful to have had this opportunity. As one friend kept saying: WERE IN SCOTLAND BABY! WHOOO-WHOOO!! =D

Sooo, I know this is something new from me, but it’s my birthday so I guess I can upload what I like, right?
This show guys…….THIS SHOW!!!! 😭 It has completely and unexpectedly stolen my ❤ Seriously, I can’t handle how I feel about it. I didn’t think much of The Bad Batch in S7 finale of Clone Wars; they were okay, but I didn’t see how they could carry a show by themselves. I could not have been more wrong. (Im so sorry Dave Filoni for doubting you).
Ep.1 Thinking to myself: “Okay this looks promising, but they’re not really going to go that deep with this kid are they?”
Ep.2: “OH MY STARS! Someone hold me! They actually are doing it! AGAIN” *sobs* “It’s the Dad Batch, lol!”
SW knew they struck gold with The Mandalorian (which I loved to bit btw too) so now it’s like, okay, now let’s do the father/daughter deal.
I can’t find a lot of people editing with this show and I cannot understand why. Is anyone watching it?? ITS SO GOOD! So I’m fixing that by adding my 2 cents worth edit to satisfy my obsession. You can expect more because I haven’t loved a show this much since……since Teen Titans?
I relate so strongly to this show on a very personal level. Its unlike any other show/movie with this type of relationship/dynamic with Omega and the squad, a young girl and her friends - this rugged group of soldiers. I can’t explain it because it probably would sound stupid or weird to anyone else, but its very unique to me and brings back a lot of fond memories. Just know every Friday I’m in pieces…..
I really love Omega!! Her voice is so cute and I like that they kept her a kid, and not some fighting feminist that doesn’t need a man. (I mean we already have Ahsoka, Padme, Leia, and Ray for that.) She’s definitely not helpless, but her innocents just…ahhh I can’t help it.
This show could not have come at a better time; For one, I’ve been deeply into SW for the past year watching Rebels, Fallen Order, Mando, and re-watching Clone Wars, but I’ve also been craving something, IDK, pure? (Pure meaning in its motives/themes) I cant seem to get into some movies/fandoms now because a lot of the fans and social media are ruining it for me. Raya and Luca are the latest ones that I personally liked but can’t bring myself to edit with. At least for now. Maybe its good that the Bad Batch is NOT popular?
But that’s not gonna stop me. I haven’t even gotten into all the other good stuff in this show like: Omega with Wrecker, or the rest of the squad, or Order 66, or the JUDAS! Not to mention ALL the cameos, easter eggs, and references that are so rewarding to get if you are an invested fan!
Anywho, I’m just rambling on at this point. If you’ve read this much than brownie points for you! I hope you enjoy this vid; I know it’s a different style for me, and I have a lot to learn, but you don’t have to get rid of me just because its not Dragon related. (See Im already punning it!)
