This is a NagiHaru video that pretty much intoduces the story at first that Nagisa is feeling conflicted, and Haru is sad about this conflictedness, and Rei is upset that Nagisa is being conflicted in the first place. This is just a "summary of what is about to happen", because imo, the song sounds like it doing that in this bit.
On the first chorus, the story starts with Nagisa and Haruka actually getting together and the blond feeling something for him. Haru is in love with him, but Nagisa is in love with Rei, and even though Nagisa tells him what theyve done wasnt right, and he goes to Rei, Haru is still hung up over Nagisa.
Rei seems to notice a change in both Nagisa and Haru, but especially Haru. He started to attend swim practice less, but even if their friends try to get answers, Nagisa butts in and says something like "Haru-chan must be tired!" or something, and Makoto takes this excuse as legit, but Rei is still conflicted. He knows what happened between Nagisa and Haru, after all.
After awhile, Rei finally asks Nagisa whats up with him and Haru, and Nagisa tells him that everything is fine, but of course, Rei think hes lying, and the two argue, but then he apologizes. He doesn't like to be like that after all.
almost giving up, Rei finds Haru to ask him if him and Nagisa are still seeing each other, and of course Haru tells him the truth without hesitation: yes.
Rei confronts Nagisa about it, and at first he denies it but then he says the famous "i love you more though!" and Rei just can't do it anymore, so he breaks up with him.
Nagisa knows Haru told him by now, so the two have an argument, and after that, Nagisa goes sulking for awhile, considering who he truly loves, and at first memories of Rei pop in his mind, but then Haru starts to overwhelm him more.
After his conclusion that he loves Haru, and wants to try and get over Rei, he starts to brighten up and even gets the nerve up to go to his house and tell him his feelings.
