Earthbound - Group 1 - Giygas the Megolomaniac Pureheart1777 2019-02-26 | Now the reason why I didn't count the rest of the damage dealt to him by Praying or regular attacks is because the footage froze right before the scene where Peach's Mother and Father were shown and kept freezing until the next praying scene at Winters. Now I felt I did a good job with editing that interesting detail, but without know the damage given to Giygas while it froze makes it impossible to add up the entire damage for the rest of the battle. So that detail I abandoned and just continued with the regular Giygas Background Battle. I did cut off in order to get to the next praying scene after seeing Peach's Mother and Father just to keep away from a frozen screen. Also this entire battle is 40 minutes so the ending for Group 1 is the next episode. Stay Tuned!So this is it; the Final Battle with John, T.J and Kevin! John already knew what Giygas's theme was like before the video, but what is interesting about that is that T.J and Kevin have never heard it before. Noting they couldn't hear the game audio, they couldn't hear it. What I also love about this episode is the fact that John, T.J and Kevin were completely BLIND on how to defeat Giygas; which makes this entertaining on how they figured it out (Even though I end up telling them anyways). This is also a good reaction of T.J and Kevin's view on the most disturbing Final Boss in Nintendo History! Defintely worth the guest stars! Earthbound - Back in Time Pureheart1777 2019-02-25 | The Fps wasn't too bad through the Cave to the Past. This recording went over an hour because I couldn't find one specific enemy. But I still added in his enemy data in the episode. Because John was extremely eager and past an hour; I never thought he wanted me to tackle Giygas all in the same part...and I thought John didn't like more than an hour movie. I showed him a sneak preview with T.J but it's blocked out by enemy data. WAIT UNTIL NEXT EPISODE!Its time now...to go back to the past. WAY back in time. Almost a Million Years ago...before the events of Mother 1. Pursuiting Pokey Minch, we became robots! Now at the end I did say I would try to have everyone in the final battle; but that turned out a bit much. Instead, I assigned people into groups limiting 4 people (including myself) with the Final Boss and ending. Turns out it worked out great! Beyond this is the Final Battle and nothing else. Earthbound - Home Invasion Pureheart1777 2019-02-25 | The really good side is that this part of the episode came out in really good fps. For a short trip to Onett it sure ran at a good pace. The sad side is that we're missing Jack, Gerald and K.S. But besides that, this last part of the session went very well. Invasion of Onett was not as long and frustrating as I hoped, but at least Johnny loves how much HP I have. Sure I made a long speech near the end; but c'mon, we're literally two episodes away from Giygas and the ending! I'm actually sad that this is coming to a close. Earthbound - We DO NOT talk about Sea of Eden Pureheart1777 2019-02-24 | Well, 7 out of 9 is good enough. Now I was able to fit Magicant and Sea of Eden all in one episode because I soar passed over every enemy except the Kraken and the Boss; but everything went at a fast pace so this turned out to be a really entertaining episode. I put in a Gutsy Bat Info at the Start of Sea of Eden about the Gutsy Bat being in Sea of Eden only or the Bionic Kraken. I still don't know which is true.Jack was at the beginning of the episode until he had to leave for the night so we say good night to Jackuwarz even though he comes back in a later episode. This is also the return of Jeremy and Lily from a while back! I'm glad I was able to get them in this tripped out world. Earthbound - Final Stretch Pureheart1777 2019-02-23 | This is where a lot of slow fps are present. Like I mentioned previously, its because I kept recording without stopping. I recall that if I did that then I would have to restarted my 3DS Capture Card and it would have been a lot of trouble to setup everything again including OBS and amount of space. But I am very proud to made it through despite some distractions (Which I edited out) which frustrated me because it did ruin one of the saddest scenes in the game. Anyway; this is the last leap I made progress with the Special Guests. My goal was to make it to Magicant and I did make it to Magicant. The title should have been for 'Cave of the Past' but this was a long session and this last section was a stretch to Magicant. This became tedious to edit at the end but I did it. Next session is the biggest Special Guest Group I've ever had in an Earthbound Episode. Earthbound - Noahs Friends Pureheart1777 2019-02-23 | During our trip into the Lost Underworld; my capture card is slow on fps due to possibly the long session. You'll see a lot of that going on in the Fire Spring. But I knew how to get my way around the Lost Underworld that I really didn't have a tough time getting through much. There was one enemy we did not encounter and it is the 'Ego Orb' which is pretty shocking as we didn't see it appear at all. A lot of Wetnosaurs were appearing rather than the Chomposaur and Ego Orb. I'll still make an enemy data on enemies who we did not encounter throughout the sessions. Just wait until the end; the enemy data will be a lot more cooler than the ones right now. But this entire session ends once we reach Magicant. So rejoice for the Final Sanctuary Location! MY Goodness, I can't believe I'm almost done with Earthbound! Earthbound - This Game...STINKS! Pureheart1777 2019-02-18 | Before the story; this entire recording session was an hour and a half so I cut off some of the boring battles in search for the Sword of Kings and came across a bit of bullshit. Anyway, during the hunt I notice that my capture card went into slow fps again. I don't know how it occurs, it just happens when it feels like it. But the slow fps only occur deep in Stonehenge Base so its not distract anything. Although I did not like this section because searching for a 0.78% item took most of the time. I was hoping to get lucky but it only comes once in a lifetime.Today, me and Johnny are going to save our friends from Pokey! We are given a Eraser eraser for clear passage and we travel deep in Stonehenge to meet T.J down there to begin the hunt. I showed the room before the Boss so I did get that far. The most nerve wrecking of this episode is that muther...f***ing Military Octobullshit. I never want to come across another one anytime soon. Earthbound - Kevins Seeing Stars Pureheart1777 2019-02-17 | This was the last session from Scaraba with these special guests. I did this so Kevin can see his character come back with PSI Starstorm. Believe me, this is definitely worth it. Now I did run away from a few enemies because I wanted to get through Deep Darkness before Kevin's Show started in which started right after this session ended. This was lucky timing and my apologies on skipping enemies, but I had to keep moving without stalling just to reach Tenda Village and call it a night. The Master Barf rematch was only one turn to defeat so there was really no challenge for me at all. My Goal for this last session was to reach Tenda Village in which case I succeeded. Now this is the second longest session I had with my guests. Earthbound - John IS Brick Road. ...Brick Road Pureheart1777 2019-02-16 | Before I describe the comic relief of this episode. You will see slow fps during Dungeon Man and then it smooths out. I do not know how my capture card behaved like that; but I am glad that the rest of the footage did not enter slow fps. I believe this is the last Earthbound episode where slow fps went like this as far as I know. I may think there is another in the future but I highly doubt it. Every room has an enemy waiting on the wall and the path is extremely narrow that you are forced to come across the enemy. Near the end I just said "Screw it" I ain't editing another enemy HP unless something funny were to be said or seen. The Pyramid is a very tedious place for many Earthbound Players with the maze and its onslaught of enemies but I practiced before I recorded to get through without being lost.
