The 'Sorta Faux Fur' was from Intercal, a company that makes shorn wool into 'fur' with a velvet like weaving process. I used this Alpaca for the hat: shop.intercaltg.com/alpaca/alp6-s-5-8/alp6-s-100-white - I got the smallest option, the 1/6th yard one.
I also got a 1/6th yard of this mohair, which I plan to make into yet another hat! shop.intercaltg.com/mohair/curly-s-finish/550s-c-3-8/550s-c-100-white
The black/grey faux fur I used for my mockups was probably from Joann Fabrics if I had to guess.

The giveaway deadline has passed, thanks and good luck to everyone who entered!
I am a very silly goose and forgot to include a full list of everything I planted, so for those that are curious, here it is!
Bed A:
Danvers Half Long Carrots
Sugar Snap Peas
Red Russian Kale
Salsify (didn't sprout)
Farao Cabbage
Bunching Onion
Parsley
Bed B:
Pea-Snowbird (Very Yum)
Short and Sweet Carrots
Ear of the Devil Lettuce (I DID NOT LIKE)
Skirret (didn't sprout)
Marjoram (didn't sprout)
Bed C (the middle):
Red Acre Cabbage
Lollo Russo Cabbage (didn't sprout)
Nasturtium (ok, not really medieval/tudor but I love them)
Dill
Onion
1 million carrots apparently
Bed D:
Cosmic Purple Carrot (this produced several colors, very fun!)
Burpeeana Early Peas (these did poorly for me)
Lil Gem Lettuce
Spinach Sensation Hybrid
Red Carpet Onion (I forgot I planted these lol, they did not grow)
Leek
Bed E:
Swiss Chard (did not sprout)
Salad Bowl Lettuce
Golden Ball Turnip
Lovage (did not sprout)
Radish Cherry Belle (yum!)
Beets
Basil
Cilantro (why did I plant this?? Did great, didn't use it even once)
Bed F (the perimeter flower bed):
Idk honestly. I got a New England seed mix, most of which didn't flower because I planted way too late (but I still wanted SOMETHING growing in the soil to keep it happy), and a few plants from the nursery, couldn't be bothered to document at that point lol. I think the seeds were from here: vermontwildflowerfarm.com/collections/wildflower-seed-wildflower-mixes-by-region-northeast

I had so much fun with this - I've been wanting to make an ironing station like this for ages (in fact, that's why I picked out the spider-covered batting when my friend's uncle needed to clear out their garage, all those years ago!) It is extra satisfying that I bought nearly nothing for this project, just the red paint, handles, and the nuts/bolts. I kind of miss the dolphins though - I should definitely add my own decorative painted elements someday (maybe spiders? I saw SO MANY while sanding this).

I also read a paper on the use and purpose of the bed but of course didn't save it because it didn't have much to do with the *making* of a bed. It had great info about sleep, birth, death, and romance in beds though, so I'd like to link it here if anyone happens to know what I'm talking about?

NOT IN THIS VIDEO: Solarfast is a similar product, but comes in more colors than just blue! You might already be able to tell, but this video is a lil'... different.
You also might have already seen some pictures of my trip to NYC recently on Instagram under the antiquariandinner hashtag or seen Noelle's vlog about the visit here: youtu.be/OJjO3LZkgv0 but among many other things, this video is what I was working on! It makes me laugh and hopefully you do too. We will probably never have the scheduling stars align for an actual RP game together, but this is the next best thing :D

If you've always wanted to play D&D but didn't know where to start, I might recommend the Player's Handbook (amzn.to/3p3tNer) and perhaps checking out Roll20 roll20.net to find a group! I have not personally used it (my tabletop gaming experience so far has always been in person), but I have seen MANY friends recommend it!
Building a dream sewing room space made me so happy - I can't wait to see what I make here in the coming years! Here's the different parts of the video, in case you ever want to come back and refer to a specific piece of the project:

We drove all the way from Seattle, Washington to New England in 5.5 days - we saw forests, plains, rivers, cities, canyons, and many, many wind turbines. Why you might ask? Because I needed to make a hat, obvi. Come for the adventure, stay for Mr. Donner's jokes in the background! 😆

My beloved little 16th-century style cup has been broken for years, but somehow that just made it my FAVORITE cup to use. I don't know, chipped and imperfect things just call to me I guess 💔
This video is part Ceramics 101, part History of Pottery, and part ode-to-broken-things. Enjoy the confusion with me!

I had a great time thrifting online, and was honestly shocked by how much I loved some of the pieces (hello to my new daily wear skirt for eternity). There were a couple duds that I didn't care for (and didn't show in the video), but I just returned them, which thredUP makes very easy. If you have some holes in your wardrobe, give them a try, you have nothing to lose!
(Unless they are literal holes in your clothes, you should darn or patch those!)
