You can do these missions right after "My Lover's A Showgirl."
Kiryuu is mistaken for the son of an old man who is now a bum. In order to appease the old man, he goes along with the charade. After heading to a proposed meeting place, things go downhill for the old man.
Along the way, some guy stops you on Shichifuku St. and asks you if you're a yakuza. It doesn't matter what you say here; you're fighting him.
