It took 4 years to happen, but I finally had a failure of one of my 18V Ryobi One+ Lithium Ion batteries. I'm not too upset about the loss as I've gotten plenty of good use out of it, but I'm wondering if we should replace it or perhaps to repair it.

So... If we want to fix this thing, which way do we want to do it? Let me know in the comments!
