When people hear about God's judgment against the wicked, it either makes no sense at all, or, they never recognize themselves and their loved ones as part of the "wicked" category.By changing our mindset into an eternal perspective, we can better appreciate how God looks at the situation humanity is in. Through this talk we discuss human nature, and just how evil is humanity has been, and currently is. How can a loving God send people to hell? JonTopping 2024-01-11 | If God loves humanity so much, why does He send people to hell? How can God be all-loving, and yet keep a torture chamber in His basement? This presents a problem that Christians struggle to understand, and a problem that makes non-Christians not even consider coming to Jesus. However, I think this is based on a big misunderstanding about why hell exists. I think there are very good explanations that can help us grapple with this difficult subject. Historical Evidence for the Resurrection of Jesus JonTopping 2023-08-23 | Are there any good reasons to believe in Christianity? In this talk I give the historical evidence that says, yes, there is good reason for the foundations of the faith. Then, I go into the reasons non-Christians have to still disbelieve, in light of the evidence.
