RV Life at Gulf State Park brings us one of those unplanned days that turned into something special. From meeting subscribers and touring their Airstream, to installing a new RV water softener, handling AquaHot maintenance, and cooking a delicious crab melt on the grill—this is what everyday RV living is all about. We wrap it up with an e-bike ride around Gulf State Park Campground searching for the new RV resort expansion.
🔷🔷 Crabby Melt Recipe 🔷🔷
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb. lump crab
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Old Bay
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cup white sharp cheddar cheese
Mix
Butter 2 slices of sourdough
Add provolone cheese
Assemble and toast for 3 minutes on each side
