Women@Rust-Oleum, one of the company's employee engagement groups, partnered with an artist to paint a mural at Home of the Sparrow, an organization that provides shelter and services to homeless women.
The effort aligned with Women@Rust-Oleum's objective to connect, inspire and develop women, as well as Home of the Sparrow's efforts to provide a safe place to women who are transitioning to a new phase of life.
The mural, which was created with Rust-Oleum paints, is intended to convey a message of hope for the women and children at Home of the Sparrow.
