Rustler’s Rooste is a mountaintop steakhouse featuring cowboy cuisine, breathtaking views and live entertainment.

From the moment you pull up, the Rustler’s Rooste experience begins. You may pass by a large bull at the entrance, dance to some live music, watch a magic show or order up some rattlesnake.  

Owner Ken Nagel says, "Rustler's Rooste is a landmark. I mean, how many other restaurants are going to serve rattlesnake?"
