UPDATE #3 (Nov. 2025): They are re-adding texture.memory_vram_factor command, should soon start working AGAIN as a temp fix for low textures!

UPDATE #2 (Sept. 2025): They are removing texture.memory_budget_factor command and they added texture.memory_vram_factor (but you can only use it in debug builds, so facepunch supposedly is fixing this issue, no longer need to use command)
UPDATE: Try the command "memory_budget_factor" instead, try 1.2 or 1.5 or even 2

Low end graphics cards are having texture problems in rust after April update, you can try these commands to fix this.
memory_budget 4096 or memory_budget 8192 or even memory_budget -1
texture.max_level_reduction 7,6,5,4 or even 2

Also new ability to place rugs over ladder hatches
