The "Arboretum" is a Garden Farm and Stables base design which has its own Tree in it :) , Stables, Multiple Loot Rooms, Planters, Lighting, Turrets and 2 Chillout areas!!
Would be suited to a community or modded server for easily up to 4 players where resources are easier to come by (or lower upkeep) and elements of RP gaming are enjoyed.
It can still pack a punch with its 5 turrets, shotgun traps and HQ core loot rooms.
